BOOT CAMP

Discover Power Source Gym's secret to blasting fat twice as fast as weight lifting alone, and sky-rocketing your strength and fitness to the next level! Classes are held 4 times a week on Tues & Thurs. You receive 2 free classes per month with paid gym memebership and each additional class is only $8 per class. $10 per class for non gym-members. Come join us and get into the best shape of your life!

STRETCH YOGA

Stretch Yoga incorporates gentle poses to free your body of tension and chronic irritations. We provide a class that is accessible, uplifting and transformational for all, regardless of experience. Our gentle poses and helpful modifications are perfect for beginners and those who lack flexibility or have difficulty with mobility. 

Payment options - pay in cash at class or via paypal below.

KIDS & PARENTS FUN DAY BOOT CAMP

During the summer months, Power Source Gym offers a "Kid and Parent Bootcamp" that incorporates fitness and fun activities to teach teamwork, boost confidence and increase overall fitness. Hiking, water activities and traditional fitness-camp type activities are only part of the fun you and your child will have.

The cost is $15 per child (per day) and $10 per additional sibling. No charge for parents!
